Some questions I had were:

Is the boatshed liveable? No, it is only an 'exhibition' of my life - showing my past, present and future.

Is the Chalk Wall for everyone to draw on, or only to show my future? I think that while the wall shows my future, the person viewing the room is free to add to the wall, or change it to their future - what they want to do or be.

What kind of lighting would be used? Natural lighting would provide some light, but if not enough, small lights on the roof could be fitted.

Some suggestions I had were to:

Make my boatshed bigger in the plan view.

Integrate plan drawing with other drawings. eg. add detail from walls into drawing. Add colour as it is the only drawing without colour.

Use the geometric shape idea more (ie. The Mount and Birds) on other drawings.

Develop ideas in drawings, more texture to add depth and feeling to drawings.

More colour in drawings that are dull.

Extending Ideas

mihi x2

A mihimihi is an introduction to establish links with others. It shares our genealogy, ancestral ties and where we come from.

In a mihimihi, a person will usually identify geographic features about themselves. This information is considered more important than your name, which is often given at the end of the mihimihi.

To show my mihimihi in a room I thought I could use the four walls to represent the four key aspects of my life.

These four key aspects are placed in three categories; the past, present and future. My upbringing is the most major part of my past, and the culture that is distilled in me is something I will always treasure. The present is shown through who I am, my family and friends, my attitude and the choices that I make. The future is made up of people I look up to, and the dreams and aspirations I have.
